The aim of this Time Management Training Course is to look at your typical day and see what effective changes can be made to use time more efficiently.

Who Should Attend?

The Time management course is for those who feel that at the end of their day they have achieved very little in the work context.

It is especially helpful in aiding people to prioritise their workloads so that they can be more efficient with their work time, and in turn not end up taking work home with them.

• Classroom based power-point presentation & interactive discussion.
• There will also be course hand-outs, group exercises.
