This course will be taught mainly in a workshop format. Practical examples of how Three Day Month- End has been achieved in some organisations will be shared. Delegates will benefit mostly by contributing to the discussions, identifying other possible solutions and sharing personal difficulties in their month-end close. Some case studies will be used.
