Home lighting design is one thing but science of light is a whole new story. This lighting design course is more than just arranging luminaries in beautiful arrays but these are done with public safety in mind. 

The Science of Light discusses about how a human's vision interact with the light. While discussing the technicalities surrounding lighting, vision, and color, among others, this lighting design course also delves into concepts and case studies to help students better understand the subjects up close. 

This webinar, as a whole, provides an introduction to the science of lighting. It will discuss the nature and behavior of light, describe how our vision works, and explain terminology and standards of measurement that are need to communicate information about lighting. Participants will be able to at the end of the webinar: Explain standards of measurement, Describe how vision works, and Understand the nature and behavior of light.
