Course details

During this course you will:

  • map out what you know about your audience (and nope, you have not done it like this before!).
  • understand what really moves them.
  • find and fulfill needs they might not even know they have.

The client spiderweb is formatted like a digital workshop and aims to be very practical: you will follow the instructions and explanations on a video, and complete the exercises immediately afterwards in the provided handouts.

The course also includes a community hang out so if you get stuck at any point, your fellow students and myself can help you push through that tough spot.
