Course details
Through a series of lectures, slides, and a workshop led by one of LRI's senior consultants, this course will teach you how to effectively manage decisions.
You will learn how to:
- Design an effective decision-making process
- Delegate effectively
- Balance the desire to get everyone's input with the need to make decisions quickly
- Help other people make better decisions
- When should one person make the decision?
- When should consensus be used?
You will learn how to walk through the process of decision-making with the simple checklist provided by the tool. This tool will help you think about and reinforce your understanding of how you as a decision-maker also play an important role in managing decisions.
This course will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
