The Open Interest and the Commitments of Traders data provides information about open positions of the market participants in the U.S. futures and options markets. It means that looking into these reports you can see the market sentiment and the balance of the market.

Thanks to the fact that all financial markets are connected this information is used to trade on FOREX, futures and options markets. The Open Interest and the commitments of traders reports is the key source of data that allows me to trade successfully.

Using this information I personally since October 2013 have made over 70% return. Another successful trader, Larry Williams, made $1,100,000 from $10,000 in less than a year! Believe it or not but he repeatedly showed this performance.
