Course details
This course provides participants with the knowledge and relevant skills set required to competently solve airport business management problems within the aeronautical business context and commercial/non- aeronautical context. Participants will be able to evaluate the differences in airport performance through the use of appropriate benchmarking measures and also evaluate the potential for an airport to succeed in developing new routes.
