Overview:
This instructor-led remotely delivered course provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to install and configure basic features on the Cisco VCS, including SIP, H.323, interworking, internal routing (including trunks to Cisco UCM), external routing (including ICE firewall traversal), bandwidth management, and redundancy. This course is run on VCS x 8.1

- Add, manage, and maintain devices using Cisco TMS
- Configure and manage phonebooks
- Schedule calls
- Use the ticketing system and reporting tools
