    The TEFaQ Test is also called the "TEF pour le Québec", 'TEF for Quebec' or e-TEFaQ exam (the computer version) is one of the French tests that is accepted as proof of sufficient knowledge of French to live and work in Quebec by the Quebec Visa & Immigration department.

    Note: In some countries, a specific TEFaQ Quebec test may not be available. In such cases, you can register for the regular TEF Test, and sit only for the Comprehension Orale (Listening Comprehension) and Expression Orale (Speaking) components.

    TEFAQ Test Format

    The TEFaQ test (e-TEFaQ) has only 2 components:

    • TEFAQ Compréhension Orale (Listening
      • 60 multiple choice questions
      • Duration: 40 minutes
    • TEFAQ Expression Orale (Speaking)
      • 2 questions
      • Duration: 35 minutes
