Aim

To provide all employees working in Teams; those aspiring and practicing team leaders or those with co-ordinating responsibilities, with the foundation for their formal development. Possession of this qualification will enable Trainees to become more effective team workers and aid their career development by opening up more avenues for promotion. Provides progression from FETAC Level 4
