The Level 3 programme is intended for those aspiring to become facilities managers or those with little fm experience and who wish to seek a career in facilities management. A degree is not needed to get started in FM. Level 3 makes it easy to start in FM regardless of one's background. Learners may be working in front of house or in a hotel job and encouraged to train in fm to acquire more skills. There are plenty of opportunities in fm - everything from shopping centres to hospitals and even skyscrapers.
Learners may need to develop new skills, such as written assessment work in report style, communication and a range of presentation methods. The delivery sessions and tutorials will focus on both subject information and skills necessary to support the assessments.
