This brand new course, just launched by The Galligan Beauty Group, ensures that Teacher Trainers and Assessors can continue to improve their skills and add to their existing qualifications. This course is the next step to becoming an assessor.
This qualification is open to anyone who is carrying out assessment and quality assurance roles.
Syllabus:
3 modules comprising
- Developing plans for assessing competence with candidates
- Judging evidence against agreed standards to make assessment decisions
- Giving candidates feedback and support on your assessment decisions
- Contributing to the internal quality assurance process.
This is completed by
- Professional discussion
- observation of feedback being given to candidates
- Assignment
Progression:
Following achievement of the above qualifications, you could progress on to a Level 4 Award / Certificate in Assuring the Quality of Assessment.
