Tapas is the collective name for small and delicious mouthfuls of something savoury, served in almost every bar in Spain. Made from a variety of foods, meat, seafood, nuts, cheese, eggs. This evening workshop is a snapshot of some of what we have found to be the most popular tapas which can be made from ingredients easily available.
