Sustainable Energy Capstone

Course details

The Capstone is the last step to gain the MicroMasters credential. To qualify, learners must complete a Verified Certificate in these four courses: ENGY0x Energy Principles and Renewable Energy ENGY1x Climate Science and Policy ENGY2x Energy and Development ENGY3x Low Emission Technologies and Supply Systems The Capstone is designed to test the knowledge gained in the above four courses. A major component of this course is the completion of a research essay which will demonstrate and apply your knowledge and understanding of the topic of energy. There will also be a proctored, timed multiple choice online exam which will demonstrate your understanding of the theories and concepts covered in the four courses and demonstrates your ability to apply these theories and concepts to real work practice. Successful completion of the Capstone is one of the eligibility criteria for admission to the on-campus Master of Sustainable Energy at The University of Queensland. Updated on 17 September, 2019
