Course details
This course is only open to Nurses, Managers and Supervisors from a Health Care setting.
On completion of this course, learners will receive a FETAC/QQI certificate in Supervisory Management Level 6, and a certificate in Supervisory Management from Barrow Training and An Bord Altranais.
Programme Aim:
This course aims to support the current HIQA philosophy that “A manager of a residential service is the person with responsibility for day-to-day running of the center. This person needs to be an appropriately skilled member of staff suitable to the responsibilities of the role.2
