The main objective of this course is to strengthen Egyptian companies and assist them position their growth in domestic and international markets. This is not an undergraduate or graduate course in business. Instead, it will provide the participants with real life experience and information that will assist them in making decisions about what direction to take their family businesses. This course will walk the family business participants through some of the specific opportunities and decisions for achieving successful resolutions to current and future conditions. Participants will gain a sophisticated understanding and the tools necessary for resolution of many common and specific challenges family businesses encounter as they develop
