You will first be guided through 16 exercises. These movements or exercises will form the base upon which you will learn mobility sequences or flows. The tools learned in this course will help you get stronger and more flexible and provide you with the tools and confidence to incorporate mobility training into your current workout schedule.  

This course includes:

  • 16 Mobility Exercises - These exercises are performed in each plane of movement and are created to improve your body's coordination, mobility, and balance.
