This unit focuses on the skills and knowledge required to establish partnerships that are necessary to your organisation's delivery of service excellence. It involves the establishment and collaboration with service partners to enhance the service operations process.
Target Audience:
This course is for VPs and service directors from various service industry sectors.
What You Will Learn:
- Establish value creating partnerships with service partners to achieve organisational service excellence
- Strengthen collaborations with service partners to enhance performance to achieve the organisation’s service standards
- Evaluate performance of service partners & their contributions to the organisation’s service standards
Methodology: Mini lectures, interactive activities, group / inpidual exercises, role-plays, independent learning sessions & mutual sharing / feedback sessions
Requirements:
- Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 7 / O / A-Level English OR
- 3-5 years of working experience in a senior management role (preferably in the service sector)
Teacher & Student Ratio: 1:25 (maximum capacity)
