This purpose of this Strategic Management course is to deliver a development program that helps businesses develop in a way that organizes better and structures individual businesses in preparation for growth. This course has been specifically designed for the printing industry and is based on current market and economic necessities.
The program
Initial group presentation outlining Print Research international’s 6 Principals of business. This presentation will highlight the areas and suggest ways that businesses can use the 6 Principals to better manage the business. Following the first general day of training the individual businesses will arrange dates for an additional 4 days training and mentoring.
The programme includes an on line questionnaire followed by a one day needs analysis in the 6 areas of business. The program would then be followed with 3 review meetings to further develop projects and initiatives. In addition John will provide some online mentoring and support.
