- Understand the importance of application of statistical technique
- Apply these techniques in processes
- Understand /interpret control charts (variable and attribute types) for ensuring improvement
- Evaluate machine / process capabilities
- Understand techniques of root cause analysis (check sheet Pareto &cause &effect diagrams).
