Recipes include Sundried Tomato & Pancetta Quiche with Parmesan Pastry, Red Lentil & Coconut Milk Soup, Wicklow Lamb Tagine and Chinese Style Beef with Parsnip Mash and more. Hands on with tasting plate/ light lunch. A full suite of recipes accompany this class.
