Course details
The Certificate in HR with Psychology is a unique programme of study which provides an overall understanding of the operational aspects of HRM together with insights into Psychology. This qualification will enable a newcomer to comfortably integrate into a HR department and start work effectively. In addition, students gain a broad understanding of Sri Lanka Labour Law, Disciplinary Procedures and Occupational Safety & Health. Learning Psychology enables HR professionals to connect human behaviour with HR. Study of Organisational Psychology, Counselling and Emotional Intelligence open a new dimension in managing people.
Knowledge gained in this course can be directly applied at work, thus providing a distinctive advantage for a student to prove his/ her competencies. This course provides the foundation for professional development and serves as an entry qualification for a junior executive position in HR.

About Human Resource Management Institute
