Course details
The Sports Therapist provides a valuable complementary service undertaking primary assessment of a sports injury, handling the injured person safely and determining the need for referral. At a later stage, the therapist will use corrective apparatus, graduated exercises and skilled massage techniques to bring the sports person back to full fitness.

Career & Employment Opportunities:
This course prepares students for work in sports clinics, sports clubs, leisure centres, gyms, alternative therapy clinics, health centres or health farms.
Minimum Entry Requirements:
Successful completion of Sports Therapy Year 1 & Holistic Massage Diploma (ITEC). All entry is subject to interview.
