In this module, caregivers will learn the use of appropriate and safe hands-on massage techniques for stress relief and improvement in mobility on the neck and shoulder. The module will also cover common acupressure points which are based on ancient Chinese art of Healing.

All caregivers, including family members and foreign domestic workers looking after an elderly who require assistance in their day-to-day activities.
