  • Communication, skills that relates to the way you communicate with others;
  • Environment, skills that comes as a response to the outside world, how the environment push you into a direction and how you can push back;
  • Work related, skills that are in direct relation with your working environment;

  • Thinking: how to build up your positive thinking and how to become quick-witted;
  • Communication: how to improve your Sales Pitch, your negotiation soft skills, use the right type of  humor;

  • Self: how to improve your Time Management, adopt flexibility, develop courtesy and behave in a friendly manner.

This course is not for you if you are a successful, well-trained sales professional.
