Slow cooking is one technique that is bucking the trend and gaining more and more popularity as the pace of modern life continues to accelerate. Slow cooking brings out the very best flavours in food. The great advantage of slow cooking is that you do the prep, put it on to cook and walk away, leaving you time to get on with whatever else you need to do so it's perfect for entertaining. On our slow cooking workshop you'll learn the theory of slow cooking for different meats and how they respond to longer cooking times and lower temperatures. You'll also walk away with some superb tried and tested, Cooks Academy recipes.
