Course details
The Skills of convincing and influencing others in negotiation course helps participants gain greater influence across their organisation and get things done in a more efficient manner. It is also beneficial for people who have to influence external parties outside their organisations, with which the relationship is not a financial or a contractual one. The course helps participants communicate with others more effectively, get themselves more heard, and encourage others to value their opinions. The course contents and delivery is all done in the context of Islamic banking and finance.
Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
