This course follows structured methodology in seven steps  right staring from Identifying projects for making improvements, setting objectives to align with the organisation's objectives, Tracking the current process performance i.e., baseline the performance, Reviewing the causes to make improvements, Implementing the solutions for making improvements,Validating the improvements and ensuring that these improvements are sustained by institutionalizing  the process improvements as part of organization's inventory of processes.
