This Application Oriented Course (taught through exercises and case studies) is targeted towards result oriented practicing professionals (not statisticians). It provides a road map towards capturing market share in today’s global economy via quantum reductions in variation, defects and total cost.
This Course is specifically design for professionals who will lead the six sigma projects in the organizations.
