    Following Clariden’s “Aligning HR and Business Strategy” executive program led by renowned Dr Linda Holbeche, this program is designed to help you create a compelling HR business plan that will help you gain management’s support and buy-in.     • Develop your HR business plan with practical framework including key elements such as the goals of the plan, risks, resources, milestones and key metrics for measuring success

    • Plan for successful implementation plan with an outline action plan including for example, proposed arrangements for communication, consultation, involvement, training and change management.
