As Singapore positions itself as a human capital hub to manage operations and human capital for companies operating in the region, the need for professionals who are competent in managing cross-border human capital in a multicultural environment is important. The Diploma in Business Practice (International Human Resources Management) will equip you with the essential competencies to support the Human Resource functions of organisations operating across national boundaries in a multicultural environment. Upon completion of the Diploma, you will gain a global world-view on HRM in addition to developing competencies that will enable you to work with perse cultures supporting the growth of organisations across national boundaries.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Participants must possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 relevant GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Relevant WSQ diploma qualification or equivalent (by sector, programme and/or level-preparatory programme may be required) with 2 years of relevant working experi ence.
- NITEC ≥3.5 with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Higher NITEC with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
