Course details

This course provides participants with an understanding of the factors that impact effective implementation of strategic change. Frameworks are introduced to aid understanding of complex situations requiring an ability to integrate and make sense of a range of complex and inter-related factors. It also enables the development of a flexible approach to leadership in response to changing conditions. This encourages participants to challenge their personal assumptions about change management and leadership, developing a more flexible and nuanced approach.
