Course details

This course equips participants with knowledge on hazard identification, risk assessment of airport ramp safety activities and safety management of airport ramp. Airport ramp safety audits and inspections, managing human factors and crisis communication are also addressed. Site visits to Singapore Changi Airport's facilities are incorporated into the learning experience to give participants a better perspective of how theories discussed are applied in an operating environment.
