Entry Requirement:

Students are expected to be 18 years old and above with "A" level / Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Management / equivalent qualifications.

Have achieved the equivalent of IELTS 5.5 or have taken the English Placement Test and scored within the required banding.

This diploma aims to provide you with a broad understanding of the operational aspects of the international hotel industry and knowledge of the underlying principles involved.

Teaching Methodology

All classes/lectures conducted are delivered via lectures and tutorials. Group discussion, class presentation and field trips are planned into the curriculum to enhance the learning experience.

Assessment

The assessment for the program is based on the assignments for the core and specialized units.

Graduation

Course Completion and Award Criteria

  • Passed all 16 modules.
  • 90% class attendance for entire course (international students)
  • 75% class attendance for entire course (all other students not on ICA's student pass)

Upon completion and passed all 16 modules, the Pearson BTEC Level 5 HND in Hospitality Management will be awarded.
