Course details
For Taxi Drivers to stay relevant in the industry, they are required to attend the Taxi Refresher Course once every six years. This course will equip them with the necessary skills to improve their services.
As of 1 June 2012, TDVL holders will be allowed to extend their vocational licences up to 75 years old, subject to passing a special assessment annually.

About Singapore Taxi Academy
Singapore Taxi Academy aims to bring the benefits and advancement of training to all people in the taxi industry. We are a non-profit education institute incorporated in July 2003. It is also registered as a charity for the purpose of advancement of education for taxi drivers in Singapore. The Academy is authorised by the Land Transport Authority to train, test and certify trainees leading to the issuance of a Taxi Vocational Licence. The Academy work closely with the authorities, taxi companies, taxi drivers and other valued partners to create new frontiers to taxi services that bring the benefits of training to all in the taxi industry.
