The SwimSafer Instructor Programme is an integrated programme combining the merits of the LTSP and NASSA into a single national framework. This programme ensures that participants learn basic swimming, survival and lifesaving skills concurrently.

- 18 years old and above
- Active NROC (Swimming) membership
