2.The Legal Aspects of Purchasing
- Creation of contracts, contents of a contract, factors that invalidate contracts, discharge of contracts
- Application of principles of contract law to the purchasing transaction.
- Remedies under contract and obligations of the parties.
- Relevant provisions of the Sale of Goods Act applicable to purchasing
