The Six Sigma Green Belt operates in support of under the supervision of a Six Sigma Black Belt, whose primary tasks is to help successfully deploy six sigma techniques and lead small-scale improvement projects within their respective areas. During the Six Sigma Green Belt training, participants will learn how to utilise the Six Sigma problem solving methods and statistical tools to achieve maximum contribution to the company. Upon completion, participants can choose to progress to the Black Belt level.
