Module 3: Oops! More Value Add Qualities Needed will help you develop the qualities and mindset of a “value adder”. You will learn to strengthen your resilience to cope with difficulties at work, re-engage your curiosity, develop courage to manage challenging situations at work and at home, and strike a work-life balance to prevent burn-out.
Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Discover Oops!, an approach that brings about a more holistic and value-added outcome to a situation or problem
- Apply Oops! Thinking, a value-added thinking skill to achieve greater empowerment in a changing workplace
- Strengthen resilience, an important value-added coping skill to face difficulties at the workplace and at home
- Develop courage, another value-added factor to take on new situational challenges at the workplace
- Learn to balance between work and home to prevent burn-out
