What is this course about?

This course is intended to recognize the growing importance of project management skills. It empowers the participating project managers & project leaders with necessary skills to handle projects in a dynamic business environment. Participants would develop the ability to manage all aspects of a project; including people, facilities, IT and finance - and direct them towards a project goal.

The course is conducted via lectures and real time examples, through experiential learning. The lectures are reinforced using case studies and practice test questions.

PMI requires 35 hours of specific project management education in order to qualify for the PMP certification. Upon successful completion of this course, candidates are awarded 35 PDUs, which will satisfy this eligibility criteria.
