    Course Objective

    The Professional Certificate in Marketing Strategy aims to provide a critical working knowledge of an effective marketing strategy for executives at the corporate level of an organisation.

    Topics include the design of a framework on marketing management, understanding business-buying process and behaviour, the market analysis and segmentation, marketing mix and strategies, as well as personal selling, marketing communications, implementation and control.

    Faculty & Mode Of Delivery

    Our teaching faculty are experienced practitioners with the accredited academic qualifications and professional competence. This course is 100% face-to-face lecture. The course work includes attendance at lectures, case discussions and class participations.

    Attendance & Assessment

    Attendance is monitored regularly and unless approved, students must achieve a minimum overall attendance of 75% to sit for the written examination.

    Assessment of this course is based on a combination of class presentation (15%), a written assignment (25%) and an examination (60%).

    Admission Criteria

    Applicants must be at least 18 years old and must have attained an academic qualification not lower than the Diplomas awarded by SIPMM Academy, or Polytechnics in Singapore, or any established institution approved by the Academic Board. Those who do not have requisite qualifications, but have related work experience can be considered for entry to this course.

    Academic Award

    This course focuses on holistic learning. In order to pass this course, students must complete all the assessment tasks and receive the minimum aggregate mark of 50. Students who complete this course successfully within the stated candidature period will be awarded with the Professional Certificate in Marketing Strategy.

    Award Recognition

    Graduates of this course can qualify for an international competency award as a World Certified Professional in the field of marketing management, which is granted by World Certification Institute (WCI).
