This course covers knowledge and skills to optimise your manpower resource to achieve service excellence. It focuses on the know-how to develop a manpower resource plan, evaluate team's performance, and methods to communicate manpower plans and changes.
Target Audience:
This course is for managers and service leaders from various service industry sectors.
What You Will Learn:
- Develop manpower resource plan in line with organisation’s vision, mission, values & service operations plan
- Evaluate performance of team in line with service operations plan
- Optimise manpower resources for service excellence
- Communicate manpower plans & changes to team
Methodology: Mini lectures, interactive activities, group / inpidual exercises, role-plays, independent learning sessions & mutual sharing / feedback sessions
Requirements:
- Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 5 / O / A-Level English OR
- 3-5 years of working experience in a managerial role (preferably in the service sector)
