Course details
This unit covers reviewing and analysing working capital ratios of the business unit, implementing, identifying gaps and recommending refinements to working capital management policies, managing cash flow and presenting outcomes and recommendations to management. it includes:
- Review and analyse working capital ratios of the business unit to determine the financial performance
- Implement working capital management policies to improve utilisation of working capital for the business unit
- Review and identify gaps in working capital management policies and procedures to support organisational strategies and objectives
- Recommend refinements to working capital management policies and procedures to address identified gaps in consultation with management
- Manage cash flow and working capital in the business unit to maximise organisational value
- Evaluate and present outcomes and recommendations to management for review
Entry Requirements
- GCE 'O' Level Credit (at least C6) in English and Mathematics or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 6 for Reading, Listening and Numeracy, and
- Working experience of at least two years and above at the Supervisory or Managerial position
