Course details

To equip beauty therapists with knowledge and application skills to provide Basic Make-up in the workplace.

COURSE CONTENT

• Carrying out pre-treatment activities - maintain personal hygiene & grooming, observe safety & health guidelines,
• Consult with client - review client profile, check for contraindication, carry out visual assessment, determine facial features, discuss make up plan
• Apply Basic Make-up - prepare client for make-up, apply foundation & concealer, apply cosmetics to highlight, shade & contour face and enhance features, apply face powder, apply eye make-up,apply lip make-up,
• Carry out post-treatment activities -  importance of giving after care advice, objtain feedback, reinstate work area.

Requirement

PSLE, ESS WPLN L3 English/Chinese or equivalent

Award Criteria

Trainees must pass the Final Assessment as Competent
