PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Effective leadership is essential for ensuring both the individual’s and the organisation’s success. Given the fast pace of change, the role of leaders continue to evolve, and Situational Leadership becomes even more important. Leaders are expected adopt different leadership styles according to different situations. It is only through the adaptability to different situations, can leaders cope with the many challenges in an ever-changing environment. This Situational Leadership Workshop will enable participants to more effectively execute their leadership roles.
