Globalisation has accelerated changes and increased competition. Retailers need leader-managers who are equipped to meet today’s business challenges and make their visions realities.

Based on the Dimensional® Model of Behaviour of Dr Victor R Buzzotta and Dr Robert E Lefton, the Leadership Through People Skills is an intensive 3-day course that teaches middle and senior managers the practical leadership skills that they need to meet today’s business challenges.

The course develops managers who coach to improve performance rather than boss people around, coordinate team efforts rather than merely supervise workers, win support for their objectives across departmental lines rather than pushing their agenda through office politics.
