This module looks into the principles and methods of Human Factors Engineering and apply human factors considerations to enhance silver productivity in the workplace. This module is developed and delivered by Republic Polytechnic.

- Operation and design of equipment controls for aged worker
- Work physiology and Manual Material Handling (MMH)
- Software simulation of physical loads and the effects on human body
- Muscular Skeletal Disorders (MSDs) in mature worker
- Case study and workplace design for mature worker
- Compensating for age-related visual, auditory, cognitive and physical deficits\
