This course focuses on the knowledge and skills to manage the service workforce within your organisation. It involves establishing the organisation’s talent management strategy for the service workforce, and developing strategies to enhance productivity and engage staff.
Target Audience:
This course is for VPs and service directors from various service industry sectors.
What You Will Learn:
- Establish talent management strategy which is aligned with the organisation’s vision, mission & values to achieve service excellence
- Establish strategies to enhance productivity of service workforce
- Review talent management strategy to meet the perse & changing needs of the organisation

Requirements:
- Employability Skills WSQ – Workplace Literacy Level 7 / O / A-Level English OR
- 3-5 years of working experience in a senior management role (preferably in the service sector)
