Course details

This competency unit develops knowledge and skills to maintain professional image that aligns to and support store image and customer service standards.

It consists of the following elements:

  • Maintain personal grooming
  • Maintain personal hygiene
  • Apply retail etiquette in dealing with customers

This unit is within the competency category of Sales and Customer Service and is one of the core modules leading to the WSQ Certificate in Retail Operations.

This module is also available in Mandarin.

Entry Requirements 

Participants must be proficient in reading, spoken and written English/Mandarin.
