ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage aims to

Course Structure

The course consists of three (3) units with a total of 150 contact hours. Course are delivered face to face.

Unit 1 Anatomy and Physiology (50hrs)

To understand and explain the functions of the functional systems and recognize the symptoms. Causes and effects of diseases and disorders of the functional systems. The functional systems covered are: skeletal, muscular, skin, cell, circulatory & lymphatic, neurological, endocrine, respiratory, digestive.

Unit 2 Holistic Massage (50hrs)

Understand methods of consultation, common ailments and contraindications to massage, Hygiene, and the classical massage movements and their physiological and psychological effects, evaluate and review massage treatment/programme.

Unit 22 Professional Conduct & Business Awareness

Types of business, advantages and disadvantages of each type of business, finance and costing, advertisement and promotion plan.

• Entry requirement: N level or Equivalent 
• At lease age 16 and above
• Mode of Delivery : Face to Face
• Assessment / Examination : MCQ – 60% Pass, Practical – 60% Pass
